Teba designed and developed the ``Train the Trainer`` program for BABOR USA & Americas - helping to enhance the skills and capabilities of the Regional Managing trainers for SPAs using BABOR products nationwide and in Canada.
Teba curated the wellness concept and wrote the treatment menu for the residential SPA at this high-end development in the heart of Miami.
Developed the concept, content and design of the 24-page Wellness Guide for the SPA at this luxury residential development on Miami Beach. Curated sales broker events, and provided weekly wellness classes for 57 Ocean.
VIEW BROCHUREWe update skills and technical training of The Westin staff on an annual basis, collaborating with management on editing and updating the SPA services brochure, and developing new and enhanced signature treatments.
VIEW BROCHUREDesigned and developed the ``Abama Total Wellness`` destination-hotel concept for this Ritz-Carlton in Spain. Led the transition to wellness-led room layout, amenities, food and beverage, and recruited and trained 25 staff. Spa menu and concept featured in national Spanish press.
VIEW CATALOGProviding core instruction in advanced therapeutic massage techniques for healthcare professionals since 2011. Re-designed the company website, the catalog of 80+ continuing education courses and the admissions brochure.

Teba provides skilled continuing education training for healthcare providers such as board-licensed therapists, Physical therapists, nurses and midwives. Teba collaborates with Praxis on the development of their course calendar and is a keynote speaker for the Florida Massage Therapy Association's Miami Chapter.
Teba Orueta, B.A., LMT, YA-200, the Director of DeNatura® Wellness, began her corporate career with Procter & Gamble and The Ritz-Carlton, developing her management and training skills. Taking a career break to study complementary health in Asia for 3 years, Teba shifted her purpose and founded DeNatura® Wellness. She has been providing health and wellness to individuals and companies since 2006.
