A highly interactive class introducing the foundations of Myofascial Techniques for the pelvis. In this class we will review the bony structures and landmarks of the pelvis, thigh, lumbar spine and ribcage, as well as the anatomy of the foot, hip, neck and shoulder and learn how to balance the pelvis and the neck using myofascial techniques. We will also review the 4 steps of body reading to create an analysis and bodywork plan unique to the needs of the client. This class includes focus on safe and effective body mechanics and plenty of hands-on practical trades
Former Educating Hands School of Massage Faculty and now Head of the Massage Department at Reidman College (The largest and the first college foralternative, complementary and integrative medicine with six branches all over Israel), Gilad is a trained Structural Integration Therapist who teaches advanced massage therapy technique.
Gilad has been the Lead Developmental Specialist and Massage Therapist at Miami Beach Pediatrics Center for Integrative Medicine as well as the Founder and President for 7 years of the Association for Massage and Bodywork in Israel(AMBI). His experience includes Senior Teacher of the Neuro-Developmental Functional Approach (NDFAT) for The Center for Improving Learning Skills at Even-Yehuda in Israel, the Head of the massage program at Medica College in Cfar-Saba and Tsabar Collage in Jerusalem and a Senior Teacher and practitioner at the Elbaum Center for learning Disabilities in Cfar-Saba Israel. He is also a certified Journey Method Therapist for emotional healing.

Dr. Marisol McManus, A.P. is a Board Certified Acupuncture Physician and Doctor of Oriental Medicine, Herbalist, Injection Therapist and Medical Qi-Gong Instructor.
She teaches Cupping, Gua Sha and Facial Rejuvenation courses to licensed therapists and acupuncture physicians who wish to expand their knowledge and understanding of traditional chinese medical practices and the theory of 5-elements.

Our classes are kept small on purpose: we believe in the benefit of learning in comfortable groups with no more than 18 students, where our instructors can be readily available to offer 1-2-1 coaching to all participants, answer questions comfortably, and establish a personal rapport.
We teach in English and/or Spanish by native speakers, depending on location and schedule. Advanced hands-on bodywork education received in the therapist’s native language enhances the safety, skill and quality of our profession, making the therapeutic benefits of our work available to all.
